Do you accept returns?

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, due to food safety reasons, we do not accept returns. If a shipment is missing items or is otherwise damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund.



To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must take a photo of your item in the condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



To start an exchange or refund, you can contact us at support@theamazingchickpea.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the exchange or refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll send you a new shipment or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
